What a lightly beaten egg looks like in comparison to a regularly beaten one?
Sometimes I will see "lightly beaten" in recipes and it always makes me think of an egg that got in a fight, but not too serious of one. Maybe not a broken nose and missing teeth, but probably a black eye...
I feel your pain, at the end of season when my department is cleaning out we end up with a lot of socks with out pairs and I always feel bad throwing them away instead of trying to sell them at a sample sale- but I just dont think there is a big enough market for single sock buyers.
