Incredible Edible

Whenever I am out at a restaurant to eat breakfast and the server asks me how I want my eggs I often reply with great confidence, "Over Easy." And then I stammer and shake my head and correct myself after double checking with Aaron that what I actually meant to order was "Over Medium". 

For some reason my mouth must find it easier or more fun to say "over easy" than "over medium."
One day I will be bold and order them Sunny Side Up - but I probably won't eat the whites.
